I lead the preparation and presentation of value-added financial analysis and provide insights to LFO, helping them prepare for meetings with Country head and equipe them for informed decisions. Experienced in managing the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for APAC, covering 7 sub-business units, with one direct report under my leadership. Additionally, I support high-level financial oversight for EMEA across 8 sub-business units (country), supported by two direct reports.   • Estimating and Presenting Monthly Revenue projections to senior management before results are available in system.
