ISS Facility Management

• Architected, Maintained, and extended automation infrastructure by utilizing various tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, TestNG, IntelliJ IDE, etc.
• Played a key role in aiding the deployment team to establish automated smoke testing across 50 individual environments, each serving a distinct customer base. As a result, we managed to significantly reduce execution time by approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects discovered during automated testing, and working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts for native and web client using Selenium WebDriver, and UFT and comparing both results in excel.
• Collaborated in the creation, optimization, and maintenance of a test automation framework formulated with the BDD Gherkin approach for UI automation.

• Involved in developing and enhancing hybrid automation framework (Selenium-java).
• Achieved a 60% reduction in manual effort by implementing automation for regression scenarios.
• Identifying test scenarios for automation and developing automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, SIKULI, and TestNG.
