Accomplishments:

  • Led member-facing product strategy, development roadmap as well as internal operational plan for achieving the goal of consolidating member experience across multiple web and native mobile apps to provide whole person virtual care in a single application.
  • You successfully oversaw the migration of over 100 million members from various healthcare product lines, including Primary Care, Chronic Care, and Mental Health. This helped the company save more than 5 million in costs between 2023 and 2024 and increased monthly active users by approximately 12%.

Accomplishments:

  • Implemented a customer-facing digital platform, enabling real estate investors to submit new deals in under 3 minutes. This resulted in a significant reduction in the time required to initiate title searches, decreasing from 2-3 days to under 3 hours.
  • Introduced a feature allowing real estate entities to make earnest money deposits directly within Empora's portal, eliminating costs and delays associated with traditional checks and wires.
  • Revamped the onboarding experience for both buyers and sellers, reducing the time to provide essential information to internal teams by approximately 3 days.
  • Developed an MVP for automated deal assignments to internal operations teams upon receiving a deal, dramatically decreasing the first response time to customers from approximately 6 hours to just 1 minute.

My team's mission was to ensure that our music sets continue to delight listeners while multiple teams try and further other objectives in the sets such as - Discovering new music, promoting high margin streams.

Accomplishments:

  • Led the very first ML informed personalized music sequencing technology in key Spotify music sets. This increased listener satisfaction, increased discovery of new music and also increased consumption of artist promoted streams.
  • Identified the need for an offline evaluation toolkit for evaluating impact of changes to music sequencing to reduce number of tests that do not perform well online. Launched a beta version increased the percentage of successful online test by 40%.

  • Identified the unique abuse type of user impersonation that was distinct from generic fake accounts and celebrity impersonation and quantified its impact on user trust. This helped me secure headcount for my team over 2 years from 0 to 15
  • Advocated for prioritizing specialized market support for key abuse types impacting South Asia that hindered trust and growth. This resulted in launch of a new EN_IN locale for Facebook, extensive market research to understand messaging needs to understand Whatsapp's appeal prior to the acquisition.
