I’ve been working in banking and member services for the past few years. I’ve developed a strong background in both customer support and loan processing. I started as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, where I helped clients open new accounts, apply for loans, and walked them through everything from document collection to setting up auto-pay. Now I work at Golden1 Contact Center, where I support members with their online banking, mobile app, loan questions, and even fraud claims. I also spend a lot of time helping people understand how credit works and how to manage their loans. I really enjoy making complex financial topics easier for people to understand.
