I’m a quick learning and motivated Lead Technician with a strong background in both hands on production environments and technical support. With nearly three years of leadership experience in a regulated operations setting, I’ve trained team members, coordinated daily workflows, and helped maintain high-quality standards across the board. Before that, I worked as a Software and Hardware Technician, where I developed strong troubleshooting skills, worked with operating systems and network equipment, and provided direct support to users. I’m detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with both people and technology. I pick up new systems and processes quickly and take pride in helping teams run efficiently. I’m excited to bring my leadership, tech skills, and strong work ethic into a new role where I can continue to grow and contribute.
