Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated site, such as Education, Special Education, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts and Physical Education. Plan, develop, oversee implementation and supervise programs and program staff. Directs overall daily operations for designated School Site. Oversee and provide direction for program development and delivery. Recruit, hire, and manage personnel issues for all direct reports. Ensure that all areas of the School Site are well maintained, in excellent working condition, safe and secure for our staff, members, and guests.
