• help restock items at the warehouse once a week while noting what is needed most in stores
• restock multiple stores a day throughout the week, learning organization skills before restocking, while also keeping tabs on what sells the most depending on store locations

• creating connections throughout many different stores that merchandise is sold to while also learning the inner workings of a business

• helped ease incoming freshmen with their transition into high school by being a Link Crew leader during orientation
• used personal experience from previous years to relate and become a trusted adult for them to come to through the year
• led activities to ease tension between the groups and create comfortability

• mentored junior team members, enhancing their skills and boosting team performance

• learned a balance of communication to uplift the team by reminding them of what they need to do to be better, while also bringing attention to all their positive highlights during matches

• Volunteered sanding and painting benches to help a local middle school
• participated in "Love La Mirada" to help clean an entire park and community center in my city
• cleaned and redid the garden in Heritage Park Museum
• was taught to work efficiently as a team and never expect anything in return
