Operation

• Produce, inspect and package product per supplied specifications and instructions.
• Work with plastic molded parts.
• Remove plastic molded parts from injection molding machines.
• Load inserts into the mold. Trim flash from the part.

Productivity

• Work fast in running up to 3 machines at the same time.
• Get certified to work at one of two most important lines inside clean rooms.
• Accurately report good parts and rejects.
• Fill out forms (Build Records, Reject Slip etc.)
• Sign work order (responsible for understanding the job that is working on).
• Package parts make an accurate count of parts packed, and verify the contents.
• Read and understand the binder for the job you are working on.
• Assist in the end of shift and plant clean up.

Quality Control

• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Improve the productivity, quality, and margins of the SMC Santa Rosa manufacturing facility through targeted implementation of automation.

Safety

• Keep the workstation clean, free of any trip or slip hazards. Able to work in a clean room environment.
• Report all safety, sanitation, quality and productivity issues to supervisors and leads.

• Ensure the site works are carried out as per previously stated standard by consultants and brief to all site managers and site supervisors on the required level of work quality.

• Prepare, compile and filing:

1. Request for Inspection form for consultant's and site representative before the piles are driven-in and pre-concreting.

2. Request for Information forms for Architect or consultant and ensure all RFIs issued are well acknowledged by all parties of the Project.

3. Site Memos on workmanship.

• Resolve Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) matters given by architects and consultants.
• Solve all matters related to design for instance shop drawing submissions and value engineering proposals.
• Identify all discrepancies and disputes of drawings and highlight to the consultant before the related parts of works are being carried out.
• Highlight all design problems encountered that request ad-hoc solutions to Project Manager.
• Ensure drawings for construction are at latest version and able to notify all parties regarding the superseding of the drawings.
• Prepare for all necessary materials, shop drawings, sample and catalogues submissions as well as getting the consultant approvals.

• Perform and implement quantity measurements, prepare of Variation Order (VO), analysis of site drawing changes, make interim valuation certificates, make final accounts and evaluation reports.
