Service Coordinator

  • Maintain mechanical and product knowledge needed to be able to physically assist in field when large projects require additional support or the schedule is congested.
  • Provide top-of-the-class Customer Service, assisting with client walk-ins, contractor and builder showroom visits, as well as assisting as a point of contact for inside sales.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Service related internal inquiries, issues, and support.

  • Provided reports regarding the "health" of the service department, prepared for the viewing of upper management.

  • Control of the Service Schedule in full, scheduling appointments that make sense geographically, while also honoring the Technician and Customer's time.
    All other duties related to managing the workflow and production of the Service Department.


I was hired by Pella as a Trade Project Coordinator. My role then developed into taking on Retail Project Coordination, as well as our point of contact for Accounts Receivables. I was then transferred to the Service Department, where I am now the Service Department Team Lead beneath the Service Manager.
