Solomon Odafe

Solomon Odafe an Epidemic Intelligent (EIS) Officer working with the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Immunization Services Division. He has a Medical Degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and master’s degree in Total Quality Management and Organizational Excellence from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom (UK), and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Liverpool, UK. Before EIS, Solomon worked as a program staff for the Global HIV and TB division at the CDC field office in Nigeria for over 10 years. He is experienced in program management, cooperative agreement management, epidemiological study design, data visualization, data analysis using most statistical software (STATA, SAS, and R). He is interested in public health research and in helping to prevent and control diseases of public health importance.
