• Billing Platform Implementation, Implement Billing Platform for a SaaS product company to support subscription billing.Manager responsible for working with the business to define the requirements for the billing platform capability around subscription billing, refunds, rewinds, upgrades, downgrades. Work with the finance team to define billing and revenue recognition rules around different billing methods, define the tax and compliance rules for B2B and B2C customers, partner sells and direct sales. Document the design solutions for user stories created, work with the development team to build the solution. Work with the technical team to build the interface from the upstream billing platform (Salesforce CPQ) to the tax engine (Avalara) and the ERP system (NetSuite) for revenue recognition.
