Facilitate morning huddles and weekly meetings with staff. Work to maintain and improve office scorecard stats and budget. Excel in the challenge of helping patients see the value of a healthy mouth and offering all options to ensure access to quality care in a timely manner. Handle customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians and internal and external clients related to Dental benefits and treatment. Work to research and resolve problems. Assist patients in understanding and respond to questions. Document issues and resolutions. Knowledge and Ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner; to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions; willingness to work a flexible schedule.
