  • Acute Interstitial Nephritis in a Cancer Patient Presented at the Wiregrass Poster Competition in Dothan, AL The most common causes of AIN are drugs; namely diuretics, NSAIDs, Penicillins, and PPI’s. The classic triad of AIN is fever, rash, and sterile pyuria. We present an unusual case of AIN caused by immunotherapy which was given a few weeks before presentation. This article was also accepted into the American Society of Nephrology
