- Hand picked as a member of Tiger team for CEO Sponsored Supply Chain AI Project. Lead the project with the goal to save $1Billion in Working Capital
- Used Reinforcement Learning to measure several inventory strategic initiatives, which provides complete view of the supply chain . This project output servers Presidents Top 5 Initiatives for FY2023
- Collaborated with Payroll team and built a quick automated python solution as a team, to solve payroll Ransomware attack issue. Ensured McKesson hourly employees are paid on time and reduced payroll teams several working hours during holiday season
- Partnered with Distribution Center team, Developed a time series forecast for 26 DCs with 650+ sensors using external weather data. This project allowed DC's to prepare for temperature excursions and avoid product recalls.
