As a graduate student commencing my Master of Science in Information Technology at Loyola University Chicago in fall 2024, I offer four years of experience as a software development professional, thriving in dynamic environments. During this tenure, I learned the significance of delivering timely and adept assistance to clients and honed my ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and solve problems autonomously. This experience allowed me to refine my attention to detail, cultivate a student-centered mindset, enhance interpersonal skills, uphold professionalism, manage confidentiality, excel in problem-solving, communicate proficiently, demonstrate strong organizational abilities,cultural competency, and maintain a commitment to inclusivity and social justice. With proficiency in software design, development, and integration, I possess advanced expertise in multiple programming languages. My passion and proactive learning approach empower me to tackle challenges with enthusiasm and adaptability.

Moreover, my proven leadership as a mentor for software developer trainees during my professional tenure, where I excelled in guiding team members, coordinating events, promoting collaboration, and achieving project goals, strengthens my qualifications. Additionally, participating in co-curricular activities like summer internships cultivated a student-centered mindset. These experiences highlight not only my meticulous attention to detail and adept management abilities but also my resilience, perseverance, empathy, sense of responsibility, supervision techniques, emotional intelligence, accountability, conflict resolution skills, delegation proficiency, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Outside of academia, my engagement in extracurricular activities, particularly the organization and participation in various technical and cultural events, along with my previous roles in customer service and membership in the Computer Society of India , highlights my proactive and detail-oriented approach to teamwork. • SQL Conversion Project - (07/2019 - 07/2020)

A project was undertaken to convert inline SQL queries from multiple applications to stored procedures. This involved creating database objects and replacing old inline SQL queries with stored procedures. Additionally, regression testing was conducted for all consuming applications using SQL Server.

• Qlik Refactoring Project - (08/2020 - 7/2022)

Worked on creating custom query templates and optimizing the performance of views for Qlik-based dashboards using SQL Server scripts.

• Maintenance Integration Project - (8/2022 -6/2023)

This is a client project of Thoughtline Technologies. The project involves the integration of the fleet management company Wheels, Inc. in Des Plaines, Illinois, with two major companies, Donlen and LeasePlan. The Maintenance Advisor Program (MAP) is a service that Wheels Inc., USA offers to its clients. With this service, Wheels manages the maintenance of the vehicles owned by Wheels and leased to its clients. Wheels manages the estimation of work, the selection of the vendor doing the work, and the payment of the vendor who did the work. The MAP department handles the scheduling of the repair work and creation of the Purchase Orders (POs) by which the work is authorized. The MAP department relies on the MAP application to do its work. This project involves integration of MAP with the Auto Integrate Application used by Donlen and MIMS Application used by LeasePlan using C# .NET, SQL Server, and LINQ.
