UI application offers web-based, self-service tools for providers to electronically enroll Medicaid providers and revalidate record information for MMIS.

Migration of Legacy system to new Nebraska system

New API were developed for different Screening part of UI application like NPI(NPPESS), SSDMF, OIG, DEX etc

New ETL's were devolved to load data from third party client to end tables that is required to screening

Responsibilities:

• Improved product quality by implementing rigorous testing procedures and adhering to industry standards.

Provider Portal - is a Provider's online account

• Providers can perform various functionalities like Check Member Eligibility, Submit Grievances, Submit Disputes and Appeals, Submit Claim, Submit Prior Authorization, Provider Maintenance

Member Portal - is a Member's personal online account

• Member can perform various functionalities like Change your doctor, Request a new ID card, View Medical claims and plan details, View Pharmacy Claim, Update your contact information

Responsibilities:

• Driving test deliverables on a project’s basis being responsive to schedule and quality requirements
• Streamlined testing processes for efficient execution, resulting in improved product quality.
• Established key performance indicators for measuring success in UAT testing efforts, driving continuous improvement.
• Understanding business requirements and process to create clear test plans
• Conducting all meetings related to the testing and also involved in design reviews
• Acting as a point of contact for assigned projects, owning testing results, test plans, etc

Project Description : Supplemental Benefits vendors(SBV)

SBV project has inbound and outbound extract, transfer and load of data to different vendors.

There are different files transformation involved like claims file, Member's Eligibility 834 file, Payment 820 File, Claims 837 File and Rewards Files

SBV involved different databases MS-SQL, Sybase etc

Responsibilities:

• Requirement understanding from Business Analyst Team
• Designing test cases as per Mapping Document and uploading to ADO
• Designing the Source Test Query for outbound files
• Making sure to include all transformation logic in Test Query as per Mapping Document
• Validating all critical scenarios like Record count match from Source to Target,Duplicate Record Check, Column level check
• Execute the test cases in ADO once Developer shares the file
• Add Source Test Query and Target File in Query Surge to check any differences
• Report a Defect in case of any difference in Source and Target
• Involved in Test data identification and gathering
• Created a Traceability Matrix to ensure 100% test coverage
• In Agile environment, attended daily standup meetings, reviewed user stories.
• Developed and maintained quality assurance procedure documentation.

• UMB Teller application allow banker to perform functionality like account opening, different transaction (Deposit, withdrawal, cash check, Line of credit etc), balance inquiry, settling the branch etc

• The application has four modules: Patient, Admin, Doctors and Insurance claims module
• Responsibilities: Developed and Executed Test Cases in Version One Tool
• Tested modules – Patient Management and Admin
• Validated the connection and data between Admin web services and Insurance claims web services
• Written and executed SQL queries and Joins, Group By clause, having clause etc
• To validate the data
• Writing SQL Queries to perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and data integrity by testing back-end components of new data warehouse products
• Involved in Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing
