Broadly,

• Managed ventilator support for critically ill adult and neonatal patients in intensive care units (ICU and NICU), ensuring proper adjustments according to physician orders and clinical guidelines.
• Administered oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy and inhalation therapy to improve patients' breathing and lung function.
• Provided emergency response assistance in cases of respiratory distress or failure as part of a rapid response team.
• Performed bronchial hygiene techniques to remove mucus and secretions from patient lungs and improve lung function.
• Collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans addressing patient needs and goals.
• Aided physicians with various procedures such as bronchoscopies, ventilator management, and intubations.
• Educated patients and families on proper use of respiratory equipment and techniques for managing respiratory disorders to improve patient outcomes.

In the past, I usually handled a variety of duties, such as hiring, employee relations, pay, and benefits. Although the company was brand-new when I started this job, I essentially built employment contracts, paperwork, or agreements to collaborate with other businesses.

I was employed at the water plant. Usage, drinking, and bottled water are the three types of water that our water plant offers to all Oyu-tolgoi mine workers.
Performing various water quality tests and analyses, running and maintaining lab apparatus, and helping with data entry and reporting are all part of the job description. We also pay attention to changing the filters when the outcome isn't what we expected.
