  • Initiated with manager and GM to develop a new role in the Back of House to do daily and weekly cycle counts to keep track of our massive in-house inventory.
  • Helps with Back of House operational functions: fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, cycle counts, stockroom organization and standards, and markdown/markup executions
  • Oversaw day-to-day operations, delegating tasks appropriately to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects and cycle counts.
  • Analyzed data to identify trends and make informed decisions, driving continuous improvement in our inventory count.
  • Investigated count variates/missing inventory daily to keep our in-store/BOPIS/SFS numbers high with the least number of declines due to store.
