I have led teams of 5 people-37 people within my 17 year career. I was able to finish 2023 with the top performing office in my district of 15 offices. On a monthly basis I collaborate with my District Manager and create and lead meetings for all the CRC's within my district. I am also responsible for the LA East Advisory Board in which I collaborate with my DM with the top 10 CRC's in our district to further develop them for the next role. I have a passion for growing customer market share within my communities, excelling in our customer experience, creating a positive work relationship with all my business partners, and maintain risk to the bank. I am known for having a positive influence in motivating others to reach their full potential and helping them reach milestones within their careers. Through strategic thinking, planning, and execution, I have developed an exceptional team who continues to thrive through the banks new and everchanging initiatives. Understanding the market, the global economy, and knowing my resources has really set me apart from my peers and has really helped me develop the best partner relationships with my small business banking, wealth management, and mortgage teams.
I started my career in banking here as a teller. I started from the bottom and worked my way up to branch manager within 4 years. I was running multiple offices within my region at one point and I worked closely with my district manager to collaborate strategies for our district. I was responsible for growing new households, putting processes in place to grow revenue, increase partner engagement in the branches, and sustain measurable results. Coaching was a big part of my branch manager expectations at Bank of America and this is where I really grew in my position and became more confident in my coaching abilities. I realized very quickly that through coaching you had more influence in your employees career success.
