- Characterized avalanche energy and powder flow using the Revolution Analyzer
- Analyzed the spread of metal powders using the SpreadStation, manually adjusting parameters
- Evaluated static powder flow in Hall Flowmeter with multiple metal powders
- Measured powder flowability metrics (Carr Index, Hausner Ratio) using a Tapped Density Meter with steel and nickel-based alloys
- Measured angle of repose using an Angle of Repose Tester
- Determined bulk density with Scott Volumeter, and compared with tapped density measurements
- Prepared metal samples using a Metallographic Polishing Machine, and reviewed microscopy results for analysis
- Performed metal powder 3D printing operations
- Contributed to a research manuscript by conducting literature review, formatting results, and documenting test methods
