Summary

I am an individual with a passion for transformational leadership and learner-centered education alongside a love for creating effective and efficient processes that utilize technology to minimize human effort and errors and allow for optimal use of available resources. My experience in designing and tailoring interprofessional educational programs from ground up has led to a strong belief that there are two critical factors to achieving excellence - highly motivated teaching faculty who are well supported in their development and practice and the existence of robust processes and well communicated key performance indicators to improve practice and evaluate impact. I have special interests in eLearning, Staff development initiatives and coaching. I am an excellent communicator with planning, organizational and negotiation skills as well as an ability to lead, establish goals and attain results while maintaining team morale and optimizing the efforts of every member of the team.
