painting, 3D sculptures, cooking, pets, outdoors

I love to paint or create 3D art as a way to help eliminate stress just from day to day living. I try to set aside a few hours each week to turn all devises that create a disruption in our lives, and focus on painting or creating 3D art that helps me unwind and clear my mind from the stresses of everyday life. It also helps to overcome situations that are unexpected outburst in life either by tragedy or the events that happen in life that we have no control over. I find it has made it much easier to problem solve, communicate with others, and maintain a cool and collective demeanor when dealing with the things that can be difficult to handle at the time it may happen. I also have discovered this allows me to separate my personal life with my professional persona. This has allowed me to enjoy the time I am at work more, and let the stressful events that can occur go after its been resolved, and prevents the ongoing mental scenario replay and obsessing with different outcomes. I feel that I have had more success for myself and those I am directly working with keeping the relationship professional and reliable as well as being someone that is approachable and fair in resolving discrepancies. I have always enjoyed cooking, I try and cook new recipes for my family, and enjoy discovering a diverse pallet to provide for myself and family. I am very flexible with cooking, and will try different ingredients or new methods to create my dishes. I enjoy making art or food to share with others and it is my greatest joy when my creation is enjoyed and satisfies the recipient. And last, but not least, I moved from Colorado to Arizona with my family during COVID to live in an amazing state and have the means to raise the animals I love and have always wanted to have, I have cats, dogs, a pig, ducks, chickens, and have the hopes to someday include horses, goats, donkeys or mules, and much more. I love animals and want to help those that may need a home or family that will allow them to thrive, I also have aspirations to foster children later in my life, right now I am working with my family to establish a home that will accommodate these future goals, and hopefully give that to those who have a need for it in their life.
