• Documented, assisted and helped Archdiocesan Human Resources Dept. alter Catholic schools' practice of "bartering for educational services rendered" by certified teaching specialists. This improved alteration in departmental policy led to legal, monetary payments being paid to certified educational specialists for their services rendered.
• Taught/managed full-time Catholic high school Advanced Placement History class for 4-5 months in regular teacher's medical emergency absence. Successfully prepared students for end-of-year A.P. nationally-scored test and students maintained high grade results.
