Balancing homeschooling my three daughters, and supporting my husband with our indoor training facility I am great at multitasking and organization. Life situations are constantly changing and thankfully nursing fits in many different areas. My husband took a job at LU first of this year, and coached softball at LCA this past spring, my oldest daughters is enrolled at LCA for 7th grade. When I saw the nursing position posted, I felt this job would be a great fit for our family dynamics and would love to continue my nursing career within the school setting. Working with my own children, children at our Co-op (Onward Christian Academy) and the youth that range from 5 years of age to college athletes, I truly enjoy being around school aged children. Educating young individuals about the connections between physical, mental and emotional health as they grow is important to me. Understanding how to balance the mind, body and soul is a essential part of growing up and can make a huge difference in how people handle challenges in their life. Being good stewards of the body - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?" You are not your own; you were brought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
