Front of House Shift Leads are responsible for overseeing daily operations with an emphasis on operational excellence. This includes all shift operations, labor, cash, and waste management. Shift leaders are also responsible for team accountability and emotional leadership.
Field Talent Staff in the Front of House are primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House and Drive-Thru positions prior to and during the grand opening of the restaurant. Our goal is to set the new operator up for success the best we can. In addition to training, we're also tasked with working out the flow of operations and helping with any last minute needs of the restaurant to ensure it will continue running smoothly after we leave.
Chick-fil-A Team Members are expected to uphold company values, which include and focus on customer service, teamwork, integrity, and personal growth. A front of house Team Member handles of range of tasks such as operating cash registers, preparing beverages correctly and within safety guidelines, ensuring order accuracy, expediting food and beverages, and keeping the store well-maintained and clean.
