Summary

I am a firm believer in being the type of leader that I would want to work with, lead by influence and never ask someone to do something that I am not willing to do myself. I strive on effective open communication in order for the care to flow effectively and everyone to be in the same direction to prevent a lapse in care that is provided. I like to lead by example; if has always been an effective way of leading for myself personally. I like the staff to know that I am listening to their concerns and willing to assist as much as possible and I have good results with staff completing task and staffing due to that. I am a team player and always willing to lend a helping hand regardless the department because in the long run we are there for our resident. I love to learn new approach, techniques, and thinking outside the box in order to provide the best care possible. Overall, I love my job as a nurse and I could not imagine doing anything other than assisting others in their time of need.
