• Kelly's was busier of two pharmacies (upwards of 400 prescriptions daily from 9am-6pm) and dated but staff was well established allowing greater efficiency.
• Foothills was almost 6 years old and had grown from 100 prescriptions/day to mid 300's/day. Software system there was very modern allowing more time and opportunity to interact with customers.

• Role as practicum student employee was to help Public Health department create action plan for recruiting various types of community pharmacies/developing presentations for recruitment/formulating useful communication tools (i.e. District manager and pharmacy manager/owner phone/email address as well as County Pharmacy Association Board members list topping over 50 connections for Public Health Department to resource.

People say all we've done is count and pour... Add it all up and we've done quite a lot in one day, including but not limited to;

Where do I begin? There were times when I was filling both positions at once . This was the decade of working 14 hour days plus weekends and holidays.
