Summary

As a lifelong educator and leader within the Pulaski County Special School District, my career has been shaped by a deep commitment to students, staff, and community that I hold dear. PCSSD is not just where I work- it's my home. I entered PCSSD as a first grader and never left. During college breaks, I worked as a substitute teacher, and just two months before my college graduation, I was issued a teaching contract with PCSSD. This district has been a part of my life every step of the way.

My family's connection to PCSSD runs deep-three generations strong. My mother, myself, and our daughters are all proud PCSSD graduates. Additionally, my youngest daughter is now carrying on the tradition as a district employee. We believe in PCSSD because we have lived its impact firsthand.

My leadership is fueled by a passion for discovering strengths of others and empowering educators to reach their full potential. Building strong teams and engaging the community are essential to creating a culture of excellence. I believe that every student deserves high-quality instruction, meaningful support, and opportunities to succeed, no matter the school dynamics or demographics. I am driven by results, with data consistently reflecting the success of the relationships I build and the inclusive environment I strive to create. I remain dedicated to the continued growth and success of PCSSD and am honored to serve in this district that has given so much to me and my family.
