• Collaborated with a team to coordinate the front-end user interface development.
• Developed multiple components to ensure web application is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and user-friendly, incorporating pagination, search bars, react-strap cards, buttons, and dropdown menus.
• Created service file that seamlessly connected front-end to middle tier, resulting in efficient data retrieval and population on blogs page.
• Conducted daily code reviews with fellow developers, providing valuable feedback and suggestions that significantly improved code quality, maintainability, and collaboration within the team.
• Created user-friendly Blogs page component in React, incorporating a paginated list of blog cards with captivating visuals, author information, publication dates, and snippets. Introduced a "View More" button for an enhanced reading experience, resulting in increased user engagement.
• Designed an eye-catching landing page using Bootstrap and CSS, effectively showcasing the Fairly brand and capturing the attention of potential customers. Incorporated sections highlighting the problem Fairly solves and provided intuitive navigation to essential information.

• Led Navigation team, delegating task to a division of eight Sailors and providing guidance to ensure a safe and secure navigation, resulting in personal safety of more than 350 Sailors
• Managed department of 200 plus Sailors as Safety Officer and ensured administration building was in compliance with Navy safety standards resulting in 98% annual safety inspection for two consecutive years
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows, by creating pier preservation plan which consisted of teams, task, and realistic deadlines.
