Greeting Donors and provide customers service scheduling new appointments for Donors answering the phones in our front desk Area , screen Donors and perform Data entry on vitals ,help the nurses translate for new Spanish speaking Donors, restock supplies on the areas in need ,disconnect and connect Donors to the Plasma Collection Machines as a phlebotomist and Set Plasma Collection sets on Machines and i have work with the team on marketing to bring new Donors to our Center and I have work performing Training on MH for new members of our team .

I have worked in several areas of the store during my time with Walmart. I started as a cashier and quickly worked my way to customer service manager. As a CSM I worked in the cash office synchronizing money from the cash registers, bringing change to the registers, while balancing cashiers lunches and breaks. My tasks ranged from keeping inventory, to setting up displays in the most profitable areas, to making sure the department was kept clean and well stocked. I also gave specific tasks to my team members so that the department main goal is to provide exceptional customer service was always met.

Duties consisted of cleaning up vacant apartments for new tenants. I was also in charge of maintain the grounds, cleaning the laundry, the main office and pool area as well.
