Previous experience in retail sales at Nordstrom, where I developed a passion for building relationships, understanding clients’ needs, and creating personalized experiences. Through my sales experience, I realized I thrive in goal-oriented environments where I can connect with people, solve problems, and help them feel confident in their decisions. After earning my Medical Assistant certification, I gained a better understanding of the healthcare field and realized I was most drawn to the client facing and administrative side of patient care, rather than the clinical role itself. That experience reinforced my interest in aesthetic sales, where I can combine my passion for people, customer service, and sales while helping create a positive experience for every patient from their first interaction onward.
