IIM Tissues Support All Products:

• THV, Sugical, Evoque, X4, Vascular Patch, and Peri Patch.
• Fixation - fresh cut, leaflets loading/unload into machine.
• Biosort - 1st cut, die press, check thickness, visual inspection, and dimension( using GO-NO GO gauge.)
• Brep- TTU prepare, TTU loading/unloading, making ID tage/label, operating HMI for Brep tanks.
• Brep Packaging- Unload, Final counting leaflets, close work order.
• Inspection- Tissues defects ( Torn, wrinkle, discoloration, thin spot/line, blood vessel, Elastic...)
• Other Tasks, Glut change out, gather tissues, and Agitation.
• Tools using: Microscope, Magnify glass, mosquito forceps, scissors ( scalpel & blade )

Component Support cross training:

• Completed Packaging Certification.
• Completed Inspection ( Jars, lids, valve holder )
• Completed sealing packaging.

Computer Basis Skill

• JDE ( issue materials, print label )
• MES ( close work order and Vassel )
• Ignite
• Enter DBTH ( input data )
