Assisted with box office opening duties by setting up merchandise for the retail day, arranging mannequins, hat racks, and clothing displays. Provided additional support within the office for merchandise organization, and ensured the workspace was tidy during closing tasks by putting all items back into storage, and securing the office. Supported merchandise retail activities, both on game days and in office settings.

As a senior employee, I collaborate with team members and customers to create a memorable shopping experience by promoting new items to help guests build their ideal wardrobe and feel confident. I focus on engaging and educating customers to develop brand loyalty through authentic interactions. Additionally, I’m entrusted with responsibilities such as double-counting cash during closing and preparing the store for the next day.
