I am a hard working and dedicated employee. While working at Albertsons I gained first hand experience of how to problem solve or find alternative solutions to guarantee customer satisfaction. I also learned how properly time management my responsibilities throughout my shift. As a worker, I'm respectfully, patient, courteous and more than happy to help a customer in need of service . I'm also a team player and willing to help my coworkers with their responsibilities, after I've finished mine. Working at the beginning of Covid, has taught me firsthand the importance of staying calm and focused even during a crisis or difficult situation where large sums of customers needs assistance. . Along with being a GM Clerk I worked in the Floral Dept. while working there I would unload floral products like, roses plants vases and other mechanisms. Also I would over look the dept and assist customers with floral arrangements, bouquets and ballon arrangements. I would also receive online floral order through our FTD system which I would process and prepare for pick up.
