Musician and sound healer
Sophia is an artist who uses music as a form of healing and way to express her truth. In 2017 Sophia Fitch left her New York band and drove across the country while six months pregnant. She returned to her home town of Berkeley, CA, to have her baby and start making music independently. Her solo project is a combination of electro-pop and dream-pop, drawing inspiration from a variety of artists and genres. Using logic pro, a micro korg, bass, guitar, and her voice, Fitch creates her dreamy atmospheric sound with ethereal vocals and personal lyrics that explore her journey in discovering how to dance with her shadows. Layered with upbeat yet nostalgic synth sounds and beats, Fitch's songs are captivating yet danceable. She has released 5 singles and has more music on the way.
