I began working at Chick-fil-A at the age of 15, I worked for a year FOH only I was given high expectations from the start which allowed me to learn great customer service skills. Then, I learned BOH along with food prep. After 6 months of BOH, I got promoted to shift lead, in which I learned how to lead BOH and I was given big responsibilities since I was in charge. I learned a lot about leadership and responsibility in this position, as well as food safety and food handling guidelines. This job has been a great learning experience to me as a teenager entering the job industry. I learned how to always have a smile on my face as well as how to manage myself and help those around me.
