Pendry Residences: A $350-million high-rise in the heart of downtown Tampa, consisting of a hotel and luxury condominiums.

• Managed the construction of a mock-up hotel room.
• Created and managed an embed log to track critical project elements.
• Assisted the superintendent in coordinating tasks and executing effective communication with the trade contractors.
• Created and maintained a field log of on-site deliveries and site progress.
• Reported remedial work via Procore, and coordinated with trade contractors.
• Assisted with concrete pours.
• Performed daily site walks and updated Open-Space logs.
• Completed estimating the rotation of one week in the summer of 2024 and 2025.
• Punch out at other coastal projects in the Tampa and St. Pete area.

• I competed and presented with the competition team as the lead estimator for the 2023 NAHB competition.
