Pre-Anesthesia Testing / Pre-Op / Intra-Op / PACU

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments via telephone, including health history review, medication reconciliation, anesthesia risk screening, patient education, and coordination of pre-procedure requirements to ensure safe procedural readiness.
• Perform pre-operative assessments including vital signs, IV insertion, patient preparation, consent verification, and EMR documentation prior to procedures.
