Sources of Strength

A suicide prevention program that works to prevent and reduce the likelihood of this issue. This program works to create safe spaces for kids to talk to trusted adults and receive the help they need. Sources of Strength also teaches kids about family support, positive friends, men- tors, healthy activities, generosity, spirituality, medical access, and mental health.
