As at strong title at the Kearney family YMCA, I am in charge of numerous departments while continuing to satisfy each and every member that walks within the doors. I greet visitors and provide information about the organization and its services by answering incoming calls, directed inquiries to appropriate personnel, and addressing complaints or concerns by providing clear instructions or redirecting them to other personnel as needed. Along with this, I have developed strategies for improving customer satisfaction ratings through a program I have begun within the company that collects feedback from new members and ensures their happiness within our facility.
While administering the Dodge swimming pool I was to ensure the safety of each individual who entered the facility by monitoring safety regulations and ensuring that all lifeguards were following proper procedures and preparing a daily report on attendance, maintenance, and safety issues for upper management to review. Along with this, to ensure the satisfaction of families, I would develop and implement a variety of aquatic programs to meet the needs of patrons of all ages and organize special events such as swim meets or pool parties in coordination with other departments within the facility.
As a sales associate working for Old Navy, I was mainly focused on the satisfaction of customers as I greeted them and provided exceptional customer service through building relationships to encourage repetitive business and handling complaints in a professional manner. Along with this, I was to take care of the facility by performing cashier duties such as accepting payments, issuing receipts and counting money back change and conducting inventories on a regular basis to track stock levels.
