Promoted to sergeant after two months of service.

• I was in charge of a squad comprised of 6 people who I assumed responsibility for. (uniform, attendance, etc.)
• Managed the Instagram account, promoting the program, meetings, and outside events.

Promoted to lieutenant at start of school year.

• I was in charge of a platoon comprised of two squads of 7 plus their sergeants, 16 explorers total.
• I was historian for our Instagram, promoting the program itself, the meetings, and the outside events where we would be participating.
• I was a drill instructor; I taught explorers in groups and one on one.
• I was in charge of payments, fees, and application processes.

Achieved Deputy Chief rank in my third year.

• In charge of 33 explorers, squads and their sergeants, platoons and their lieutenants, and the captain who was a rank under me.
• Acted as historian alongside another sergeant in managing the Instagram, promoting the program, meetings, and outside events.
• I was the main drill instructor, teaching inside and outside of program and school hours.
• I designed uniform shirts for the program, by hand.
• I was in charge of payments, fees, and application processes.

• I volunteered in trauma 1 emergency room for a period of time to explore the medical field, and I plan to return.
• Helped nurses deliver things like socks, blankets, urine sample cups, blood pressure cuffs, and other medical equipment to facilitate the hospital's workers and give attention to patients as quickly as possible.
