Sophie Tilley

I lead children through camp activities, ensuring every camper was safe and having a fun. I assisted the head leader in creating activities, maintaining a schedule, and collaborating with other counselors to provide a supportive environment.

I supervise and engage with K-5 children, leading activities such as art projects, sports, games, and intellectual development. I help kids become more comfortable, make friends, resolve conflicts, and build a fun, inclusive environment for all.

I supervised and engaged with children from infants to age ten, helping them adjust to a new environment and connect with others while their parents used the gym.

I worked as a camp counselor at Scamper Camp, Charles River YMCA, for two summers, gaining organization and leadership skills while guiding children through various activities and transitions.
