Currently to incorporate the new Inventory Control duties, kitchen receipts and cycle counting in to standard procedures as seamlessly as possible. To accomplish this, I will focus on training also weekly and monthly goal setting for team members.

As a member of the Management Academy my five-member team did a presentation for the CEO and all the VPs. The subject was on sustainability within the casino. My portion was focused on the carbon footprint left through the use of water bottles within a two-year span of time.
