- The main responsibility is to maintain the inventory flow of the casino
- One of them is the month end inventory counts of the Warehouse, another one is the quarterly inventory of the Commissary Kitchen area, along with Bars inventory, resetting of storerooms, par levels, and ordering
- All of the final month end reports from the Warehouse is my responsibility monthly issues and purchasing reports for departments and maintain the A/P Direct PO Receiving Queue for payments to vendors
- I do the Corp FTE/OT reports and the G&A Prelims
- I also do all training of the Inventory Control Clerks

- Started as a Warehouse Attendant two months later moved to Receiver
- In that position I became familiar with the Stratton Warren system, Receiving protocols and Inventory Control commands and other functions in the system
- In the following year I was maintaining the entire inventory sheets used for warehouse ordering while maintaining both my attendant and receiving duties
- Because of my contribution to the transition in the closing and opening of the Detroit MGM casinos I was promoted to supervisor in January 2008

Leadership Experience
- A Sr. Financial Analyst and I developed a computer generated hourly productivity tracking system to manage labor cost within the warehouse department.
- Lead researcher for Sustainability project while attending MGM Management Academy, as a result of our findings MGM Detroit has now developed an all-inclusive recycling department.
- Chair of the 2018 CSR Sustainability Committee, to increase employee education and awareness about MGM Resorts’ green initiatives, accomplishments and expectations for our business.
Communication Skills
As a member of the Management Academy my five-member team did a presentation for the CEO and all the VPs. The subject was on sustainability within the casino. My portion was focused on the carbon footprint left through the use of water bottles within a two-year span of time.
