Kellenberg Memorial High School had a club that brought high school students by bus to St. Martin's De Porres Marianist School in Uniondale. We met one afternoon a week, on Fridays. Through volunteering, students participated in beautiful programs with the young children at St. Martin. Besides tutoring, students enjoyed dancing, art projects, sports, and fun-filled Christian activities.

• Once a week, after school on Tuesday, I go to Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church to teach 5th graders about religious education. - Established and maintained positive relationships with students to foster an environment of support and open communication. - Fostered student curiosity and interest through creative hands-on activities.
