Goal: To create (SMART) internal processes and training procedures that will bring in 5% more revenue. Additionally, to identify and mitigate possible risks to budget and scheduling.

Timeline: It is projected to be a 6-month project.

Observations: Observed fulfillment director, quality assurance tester, inventory manager, training manager, and support staff.

Document analysis: Reviewed contracts terms and conditions. Created SMART goals, created Grantt Chart, RACI Chart, Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan and documentation, and Product Backlog.

Budget: $175,000. Costs: Shipping/delivery; time spent hiring and training.

Risks & Solutions: High and medium risks include exceeding project budget such as trucking costs being escalated more than originally quoted.
