
• Ensures Company standards and/or expectations for sales, collections, costs containment, and profitability are met.
• Maintains the quality of the lot facilities and all products offered for sale to our customers.
• Analyzes budget to identify areas in which expenses can be cut, and allocates operating budget.
• Confers with Associates and reviews activity reports to determine required changes in operations. Prepares work schedules and assigns Associates to specific duties.
• Have general mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and inspect vehicles and identify repair issues.
• Directs staffing, training, monitoring and coaching of all Associates to maximize their effectiveness while preparing them to advance their careers within the Company
