I am passionate about pursuing a career in child and adolescent psychiatry, as well as neuropsychiatry. My journey started as a psychiatric technician, where I had the privilege of working closely with children of all ages, experiences that deepened my commitment to this field. Over time, I have built a strong foundation through more than 600 hours of volunteer service, for which I was honored with the Presidential Award, and over 200 hours of shadowing with highly respected physicians who inspired me even further.
In addition, I’ve gained more than 1,500 hours of hands-on clinical experience as both a medical assistant and a medical technician. These roles gave me the opportunity to support medical teams, interact with patients, and help create a smooth, compassionate healthcare experience. I am confident in skills such as measuring vitals, preparing and drawing blood samples, and ensuring treatment rooms are ready for patients, but more importantly, I value building trust, listening with empathy, and being present for those in my care.
