- Handled responsibility in assuring quality for Amazon's Price recommendations
- Understand the quality parameters and perform Quality Audits of the competitive price match data.
- Resolve quality related issues by providing feedback, mentoring, identifying and fixing root causes.
- Collect the competitors' data and analyze the quality of the price recommendations which is used to calculate price for the products in Amazon and make Amazon competitive enough with other competitors.
- Identification of process gaps and drive process improvement projects to ensure the continuous improvement of the monitoring systems thereby eliminating the chances of process defects impacting the front-end pricing and improving the customer experience.
- Developing a pricing system to automatically create a price override post eliminating undesirable pricing logic.
- Ensured catalog related queries are analyzed and solutions are provided with in the time period with no escalation
- Share weekly Score Cards and preparing Monthly Business review slides.
- Contributes to the operational plan through tactical/strategic inputs for program/projects, trend analysis.
- Develops metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and tracks delivery against program objectives
