Stocked phlebotomy cart or carrier with appropriate supplies and followed physician orders to administer therapeutic phlebotomy correctly. First 'official job' after graduating high school with the given opportunities of Helping customers find specific products, answering questions and offering product advice. Along with Completing daily recovery tasks to keep areas clean and neat for maximum productivity levels and arranging new merchandise and stocking new items on the sales floor. With such given opportunities I was able to Built and maintained relationships with peers and upper management to drive team success and engage customers in a friendly, professional dialogue to determine needs despite some language barriers with some customers.
This was my first ever 'work experience' with a residential community through a the IB (International Baccalaureate) Program in High School. I Sought out different opportunities to interact with staff members in-order to build relationships and further develop interpersonal skills along with implementing strategies for soliciting, engaging and maintaining new activities for the youth (ages 6-12).
A summer job during sophomore year of high school with the given opportunity of supervising and motivating ESL high school students during instruction with equipment and supplemental materials along with Facilitating educational climate for students to discuss learning and content difficulties for concept instructional development along with providing students with access to resources and becoming a leader and an open communicator along the way.
