Oversee raw land, new site builds for AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, in accordance with the engineering design, and complying with all applicable building standards.

Lead a team of 15 and multiple subcontractors to meet stakeholder goals and deadlines.

Run projects for over 20 customers and turf vendors.

Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, and alignment with project goals.

Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare and submit accurate job estimates and cost analyses.

Scoping, planning, and execution of all phases of projects.

Coordinate with local utilities for power cutovers, mandrel inspections, shutdowns, and telco transport.

Oversee the construction and installation of underground and above-ground utilities, tower foundations, shelter and generator foundations, and tower erection

Handoff high-quality, alarm-free, and trouble-free sites to the customer

· Complete on-site inspections for both special inspection and jurisdiction inspections for project sign off.

Construction foreman ensuring work meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Emphasis on making sure all applicable OSHA, CalOSHA, and company safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.

Build sites in accordance with local guidelines, and following stamped construction drawings.

Responsible for daily job hazard assessment, safety, crew development, quality audits, and integration of sites.

Led teams in various projects, such as new tower builds, structural upgrades, site modifications (upgrades), underground and above-ground conduit, and concrete pads.

Experience running conduit, pulling conductor, exothermic welding (cad welding), grounding standards, installing termination cans, bus gutters, and meter panels for local utility.

Experience operating skid steers, Gradalls, forklifts, scissor lifts, and man baskets.
